Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of mikoo (the "Service"), operated by Mikoo LLC, a limited liability company organized in Wyoming, United States. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. Accounts

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use the Service.

2. Plans, payments and refunds

Paid plans and credit packs are billed through our payment provider at the prices shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel any time from Billing and keep access until the end of the paid period. Credits come in two kinds and they are treated differently. The monthly allowance included with a plan (including the free plan) is granted for one calendar month and expires at the end of it — it does not carry over, and it stops being granted when a subscription ends. Credits you buy in a credit pack are yours: they do not expire while your account exists, and they are unaffected by starting, changing or canceling a subscription. Usage is drawn from the monthly allowance first, so purchased credits are only spent once the allowance is used up. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable — if something went wrong with a charge, contact us and we will make it right.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, probe or overload our systems, or resell access without permission. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of anything you upload. You grant us the rights needed to store, process and display it in order to run the Service for you, and nothing more.

5. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings; this permanently removes your data from our systems. We may close accounts that violate these terms, and may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect; continued use after that means you accept them.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
