Designated agent
Send copyright infringement notices to our registered designated agent:
Copyright Compliance Department Mikoo LLC 30 N Gould St #68065 Sheridan, WY 82801 United States Email: arlo.cooper01@gmail.com Phone: +86 185 8262 2442
This agent is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office (dmca.copyright.gov). Notices sent to any other address may be delayed. Email is the fastest channel.
Filing a notice
To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it — for a generated image, include the full URL of the page or file.
- Your contact information: address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
An incomplete notice may not trigger our obligation to act. Misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
What we do
We review valid notices promptly and remove or disable access to the material identified. Where we can identify the account that uploaded or generated it, we notify that user and pass along your notice, including your contact information.
Counter-notification
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same agent. It must include your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was a mistake, your contact information, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal court for your district (or, if you are outside the United States, the Northern District of California), and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action.
Repeat infringers
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
